# About Everfall

![Everfall with a knight, mage and archer](https://3818559274-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FfbWB9ze38f652e3SYGCC%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-e8d58ec3dfba2ecb7ca35ec89d9d513417f548a9%2Feverfall-referral-share-card.png?alt=media)

Everfall is a web3 MMORPG in the making: a world of dangerous dungeons, rare discoveries and adventures worth sharing.

Prepare a squad for the next dungeon. Work toward equipment that changes how your character looks and plays. Take a break at the beach, bring friends along and see where the next chapter leads.

## An adventure that grows with you

After referral onboarding, the first playable chapter is **First Light**: a tutorial, a beach hub and your first steps into Everfall. Squad adventures and minigames expand the journey as the connected world takes shape. Future cooperative and competitive modes are being explored.

There is room for both a quick visit and a longer session: a few casts by the water, another dungeon attempt, or a team worth refining for the next dungeon.

## Something worth coming back for

* **Build your squad:** combine melee, ranged and support characters.
* **Chase the next upgrade:** train, forge and discover stronger equipment.
* **Find your pace:** mix dungeon runs with fishing and short challenges.
* **Explore new chapters:** look ahead to Winterveil, seasonal gatherings and real-time combat.

## Be there at the beginning

The first public phase will bring the community together through referrals, before gameplay opens. **Firstbound Rings** is the proposed first collection for that early community, combining a distinct identity with defined game benefits.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://everfall.gitbook.io/docs/discover-everfall/readme.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
